Five Hours Walking at the RV Show of All Shows – So Much to See – We Toured Many Coaches – Until the Right Moment Comes – We Will Continue Planning and Preparing –

Motor Home 2

This view shows a portion of the inside of the RV of our dreams.

We drove more than an hour to get to the show. We had to ride a tram from the last parking lot to the massive area where hundreds of RVs lined paved walkways in the designated show area.

We walked steadily, climbing in and out of RVs until we were ravenously hungry. Lunch items were on sale in an outdoor food court. Lines were long, tables were crowded, but we found two seats to eat chicken fingers, hamburger, and french fries.

By the time we headed for home, we had toured probably one-tenth of the coaches on display. We already knew which manufacturer and model we favored. When we departed, the same one we had in our minds remained the coach of our choice.

Motor HomeThis photo doesn’t show the entire length of the coach we like. I couldn’t back up far enough to get it all in. Just behind me sat another motor home on display.

Steve and I live one day at a time with a goal in mind. We hope to spend our days living in an RV, making new friends on the road, and visiting our respective families on a regular basis.

About Carol Ann Hoel

The new me - Carol Ann. More suitably said, the old me in new circumstances of life. Again. My history has developed in parts and chapters. In person, I am Wife, Mom, Grandma, Author, and Writer, in that order, more or less. Life is good because God is good.

That sounds so exciting, Carol Ann. I’ve subscribe to a couple blogs by RVer’s. There are probably others out there traveling and blogging about it.

    • I found a blog by RVers today, full-timers, too. We have a lot to learn to get ready. Steve has read many books and scours the Internet for information about purchasing, choosing a domicile, insurance, mail service, warranties and extended warranties, and a list of issues that seems never ending. Thanks for stopping by, Patti. Blessings to you…
