Another successful convection oven recipe in my file – 30 Minute BBQ Boneless Pork Ribs, Author Dan Mikesell. I used country style pork ribs. I didn’t have a slab, so I scored the individual pieces and went forward. I chose a gluten-free barbecue sauce, Sweet Baby Ray. Delish!

    Phenomenal recipe. Just got an oven with a convection feature. Not so good for baked goods. But I just had boneless country ribs in less than an hour……… normally 3 to 4 hours. Tender tasty. Thank you. Will look at some of tour other convection recipes. Cook a lot so may have some of my own soon as well

    • Glad you liked it. When I find a recipe that works, I like to pass it on. This one by Dan Mikesell was a winner. I love my cast iron skillet. It does things that other skillets cannot do. This recipe is one example. Blessings to you, Mike…
