I had to find out and I did. I appreciate using my new biscuit cutters. They came in the mail on Friday. I tried them out today. Baking two zucchini loaves, biscuits, meatloaf and frying zucchini patties caused an extreme mess in the kitchen. My heart skipped a beat when I surveyed the disaster in my kitchen. Here it is 5:30 p.m. and I finally finished cleaning it up.

Those pretty biscuit cutters surely please the eye more than, say, the laundry soap cap! Your kitchen should have been a mess after all that food prep. Do you have a recipe for your zucchini patties? We love our zucchini any way it comes, and never heard of patties. I think hubby would like them.

You got that right! The laundry cap sent me looking for biscuit cutters. I needed the right size circle and didn’t have it. The laundry cap was my last effort and it wasn’t right.
Let me look for the zucchini patty recipe. It’s a good one and I use it often. Steve likes them.
