You – LORD – You proved Yourself anew –
I called on You – and only You –
And You came through –
You always do –

So like You – LORD – to show Yourself true –
But unlike the way I wanted You to –
Yes – You came through –
You always do –

Your ways are not my ways – oh – LORD –
Higher than I can fly – You soar –

Fallen – fallen – my destiny was due –

Standing on Your promises – LORD – I do

Jesus – on the cross You shed Your blood
