Could Not Resist Snapping This Amazing Sunset in Las Cruces – New Mexico – Looks Like Fire in the Sky –

sunset-las-cruces

I took this blazing sunset photo through the windshield of our Jeep as we drove home to our campsite in Las Cruces, New Mexico. You can see the headlights lit up on the cars. Las Cruces is a delightful city, elevation 3,900 feet. Mountain peaks in the distance are a stunning sight. We have enjoyed our stay here. We didn’t have to drive far to find shopping and restaurants of many kinds. We leave tomorrow morning. We will surely return to this place in years to come.

    • We left Las Cruces early yesterday and arrived at Cochise Terrace RV Resort in Benson, Arizona, in the afternoon. We will be here three days. This is a beautiful park. We checked out Benson today and enjoyed a meal at Pablo’s Steakhouse. We will continue on to the Phoenix area referred to as The Valley and remain for the winter months planning our travels for year 2017. Thanks for stopping by, Patricia. Blessings to you…

Sounds like you are enjoying your gypsy life. Will it be hard to settle down for a bit or are you ready for a break in the traveling?

      • When we started out, I was sure I’d be glad to get back again to rest, but I am surprised that I am a little sad that the journey is over for several months. I’ve truly enjoyed our travels. We have stayed at 35 RV parks during the six months we have been on the road, many overnight only, some two or three days, others a week or two, and three places we stayed an entire month. I will enjoy the rest from traveling, but I will look forward to traveling again. We plan to take one or two short trips during the winter. We shall see. Maybe we will just rest. Blessings to you, Patricia…
