What a Blessing to Park Our RV on Lake Erie’s Shore – From the Window at Our Breakfast Table We Watch the Sun Slip into View Each Morning over Lake Erie in Sterling State Park, Monroe, Michigan –

Sunrise officially occurred a few minutes after I snapped this photo. The colors were spectacular just before the fiery globe appeared on the horizon. I wasn’t aware that I had booked a site with this gorgeous view of Lake Erie. While driving here, Steve asked me if we would have a spot on the water. I said, “No. I don’t think so, but the shore will be somewhere in the park.” What a nice surprise!

Steve met more of my family in Toledo and Bowling Green, Ohio. We hosted cookouts at our campsite in Sterling State Park, Monroe, Michigan, two days in a row.

I’m not slimming down yet, but I am having fun!
