I have completed a difficult project, planning and booking reservations for us to camp in eleven RV Resorts in Texas, Louisiana, Florida, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Iowa, South Dakota, Colorado, and New Mexico, driving through all states between, at last arriving again in Arizona for the coming winter. We look forward to finding out how well our plan will come together.
I hope to reserve our overnight stays between destinations, also, another daunting task. Some RVers do it as they travel expecting success. Our rig is really really big, requiring bigger spaces, so I’d feel more comfortable having those parks booked in advance. My hubby, the brave one, favors booking on the fly. This is new for us. We will learn as we travel along.
I like your pretty Jeep! We had a CJ early on in our married life, and it was fun to drive.

Thank you. We are liking it a lot. We may do a little off-road driving. I’ve never done that. Steve will do the driving. I’m not liking driving very much these days. I think it was the two accidents I had in Texas that have made me timid. It does sound like fun. Jeep is in a class of its own. We chose it because we can tow it behind us without a trailer, four wheels on the ground.

Sounds like the plan is coming together. Neat wheels. Where in SC are you going?

We are visiting Steve’s family in Dillon. I finally have it booked. One campground I would have liked to book wouldn’t allow us to reserve a place. Said it was the off-season and there would be plenty of room, but since we’ll be there on the Fourth of July, I preferred to have a reservation.

I didn’t know that SC has an off season.

Maybe SC doesn’t have an off-season. Maybe only that RV park had one.
