Another Kindle – Yes – a Kindle with a Glare-free Touchscreen Display – Small – Lightweight – Simple – I Can Read It in the Sunshine – All My Books Are Available on My New Kindle in a Cloud –

Kindle 6" Glare-free Touchscreen Display

Kindle 6″ Glare-free Touchscreen Display

The Kindle app on my tablet was working fine, but I couldn’t read the words on the screen. Glare from the sun was spoiling my fun.

Solution: a new Kindle with a glare-free screen.

I received my new Kindle a few days ago. It’s great. I included my thumb in the photo to illustrate how small it is (the Kindle, not my thumb). Amazon uses the front page to show me what I may purchase, if I want to spend money. The ads change every time I use it. I thought I wouldn’t like this feature, but I do. I like holding this lightweight e-reader in my hand. The pages turn easily with only a slight touch of my finger or thumb. The font may be adjusted quickly to the size I prefer. All my books are available on this Kindle in a cloud. I’m sure most of you understand the cloud better than I. I picture it up there in the sky with all my books in it. Ha!

Non-glare is a great feature. I wish all digital devices had that. Is this the same as paperwhite? Or is that a different model?

    • The paperwhite version has a built-in light and it costs more. I bought the cheaper one since I have a tablet that I can use when I need a lighted screen. My new Kindle has a dictionary. I like that feature. If I want a definition, I touch the word and the definition pops up. Thanks for stopping by, Patti. Blessings to you…
