November Calls – Are the Kids at Home – Trusting Souls Are Blessed – Psalm 127 –

Palm Trees Sentinels

Green palms reach high –
Dust the clouds away –
Blue skies treat eyes
with healing balm –

Over calm and arid land
Cooler breezes waft –
Far away – a dust of snow
Serenely covers all –

November calls – Are the kids
At home – Yes – they are –
All is well – Praise God –
Trusting souls are blessed –

Psalm 127 – The Bible (AKJV)

Except the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the Lord keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain.  It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he giveth his beloved sleep.

Lo, children are an heritage of the Lordand the fruit of the womb is his reward. As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth. Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them: they shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate.

I love this. It does appear the palms dusted the clouds away. Blessings to you!

I noticed you’d been by my blog today and thought I’d return the visit. Nice to find you still writing your expressive poetry here… and what a beautiful photo! 🙂
