What to Cook on a Day that Won’t Stop Demanding – Chicken – Carrots – Potatoes – Baked in One Pyrex Pan – Raw Green Bell Peppers and Tomato – Let the Oven Do Most of the Work –

Dinner in One Dish

Here it is. I spent about fifteen minutes putting it in the baking dish. The oven baked it all in just one hour, while I did something else. I took it out of the oven, sliced a quarter of a green pepper and a tomato, and put it all on the table. We sat down and dined.
