Notice that I am thawing three serving size pieces of meat for dinner today. Each one is different. Different cuts for each of us. There is one for Steve, one for me, and one for Chelsea, our pet Bichon Frise.
Steve likes a tenderloin fillet because this is what he has always enjoyed. I prefer sirloin steak. Even though it is less tender, it is very flavorful. Chelsea is pleased with a sirloin patty because she is our pet. (Don’t tell her, though. She thinks we are her pets.) Steve will cook each of them on the outside grill, rare for Chelsea and me and medium rare for Steve.
I could accommodate our choices and also to thaw each one in only a few hours by freezing serving size pieces of meat. Steve did an excellent job of grilling them for us. He always does!
Sounds like everyone is happy!
