Broccoli and Pear Salad

I served this salad today. It was delicious and so easy to make that I have to share it with you. If you like broccoli, pears, and yogurt, you will like it. (The bowl in the photo contains the leftovers. We had already eaten most of it, when I decided to take the photo for my blog post.) Blessings to you all:

    • When you need to make something fast, this is good for you and tasty. If you keep single-serving yogurt on hand, it helps. I had all the ingredients in my fridge. I didn’t have to plan ahead. Blessings to you, Patti…

Ooo, Carol Ann, I don’t know if this should be served as a first-course or a dessert? I love broccoli and pears, and Greek yogurt! Thanks for sharing. 🙂

    • It is sweet. I’ll grant you that. My Johannes (my deceased husband) considered fruit a dessert, so he would have agreed with you. Maybe he would have preferred the broccoli left out. Blessings to you, Elizabeth…
