I served this salad today. It was delicious and so easy to make that I have to share it with you. If you like broccoli, pears, and yogurt, you will like it. (The bowl in the photo contains the leftovers. We had already eaten most of it, when I decided to take the photo for my blog post.) Blessings to you all:
Broccoli and Pear Salad

½ Bosc Pear sliced in pieces
6 oz. container of Greek yogurt w/peaches on bottom

No, I am not a full-time vegetarian. Sorta part-time. I am trying to eat healthier and be kinder to the animal population.

This one is simple to prepare. I make our salad dressings. This one I didn’t have to spend time on. I just tossed it in, and it was delightful.

When you need to make something fast, this is good for you and tasty. If you keep single-serving yogurt on hand, it helps. I had all the ingredients in my fridge. I didn’t have to plan ahead. Blessings to you, Patti…

Ooo, Carol Ann, I don’t know if this should be served as a first-course or a dessert? I love broccoli and pears, and Greek yogurt! Thanks for sharing. 🙂

It is sweet. I’ll grant you that. My Johannes (my deceased husband) considered fruit a dessert, so he would have agreed with you. Maybe he would have preferred the broccoli left out. Blessings to you, Elizabeth…
