Lord – You are my delight –
You are my righteousness –
You are the hope in my heart –
Oh guide me – Lord –
Make my path clear –
Your Word abides in me
My heart’s wrapped up in You
Diligently I seek Your face
Oh guide me – Lord –
Make my path clear –
I trust You – Jesus – Savior –
Lord – You only calm
My seas – Sing love to me
And guide me – Lord –
Make my path clear –
Direct my way like a Father
Leads a child along –
I wait for Your signal –
Oh guide me – Lord –
Make my path clear –
Guide me all the way –
Lord – Clear my path
For me – Thank You – Lord –

I’ve felt this prayer, too. I hope you are doing well and that you realize the guidance you are seeking. I was happy to see you’d posted – I’m sorry it’s taken a few days for me to get to read 🙂

Thanks for stopping by, Janna. I appreciate it. Yes, I am realizing the guidance I’ve been seeking. I am very grateful for it, too. When I’m frustrated, I am less likely to write. When I feel fulfilled, then the words flow. Managing my feelings after losing my husband and my son has been a challenge. I will get through it. Life comes in seasons. I think my grieving season (at least the severe part) is near its end. Praises to Jesus for that. I trust that you have received the guidance you have needed, also. Our God is faithful! Blessings to you, Janna…

Beautiful picture of the child trusting the Father, and calling out from that trust to the only One who can still the seas and make the path straight. Wonderful to see you writing Carol Ann. May you have many more days where the words flow. Love and hugs, Elizabeth
